MIG has a long-standing history of success in real estate development across Greater Madison. Founded in 1995, MIG initially focused on property ownership and management. Recognizing the strategic potential for commercial real estate in the area, Bradley Hutter joined as co-owner and the company’s third employee in 1997. That same year, we launched our first office development with the groundbreaking of 3001 West Beltline Highway. Since then, MIG has expanded its portfolio through acquisitions, renovations, and new developments.

Today, we own and manage a diverse range of commercial office properties throughout Madison and Middleton.

Our continued success in real estate development is a testament to our commitment to quality and our dedication to building strong relationships with tenants. Our approach to business, guided by integrity and a focus on community, sets us apart in the industry.
