Nicole Steele

Nicole brings a wealth of experience in Madison’s real estate market to the MIG team. She collaborates closely with our VP of Brokerage, assisting with leasing a diverse range of properties. From property showings and negotiations to preparing lease documents, Nicole ensures every step of the process runs smoothly. She’s also skilled in crafting marketing materials and keeping tenant records in order.

Beyond her brokerage work, Nicole actively promotes MIG’s development projects and supports the administrative team to keep the office running seamlessly. Her expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) adds even more value, enabling her to contribute directly to our planning and development efforts by creating designs that align with the company’s vision. She also partners with the Facility Team to manage tenant moves, buildouts, and renovations.

A lifelong Wisconsin resident, Nicole attended the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Outside of work, she loves hiking, shopping, traveling, exploring new restaurants, enjoying fine wine, and spending quality time with her family.
