Brandi Zander

Brandi is MIG’s Vice President of Brokerage and Real Estate Development. In this role, she not only negotiates leases for the MIG portfolio but also coordinates the project work associated with those contracts. Additionally, she manages new real estate development projects, demonstrating her extensive expertise and leadership in the field.

Since joining MIG in 2005, Brandi has closed numerous leases and sales, managed over one hundred build-out projects, and led the development team on various new construction projects. Notable among these are the award-winning Parmenter Center, a 40,000 SF Class A office built along the conservancy in Middleton, and the Landmark Oaks Development, a 110,000 SF Class A office building in Madison.

With nearly two decades of experience, Brandi brings invaluable expertise to MIG’s development team. She excels in managing project timelines and scopes of work, while facilitating seamless communication with architects, engineers, tenants, contractors, attorneys, investors, and city officials. Currently, she is managing several infrastructure projects to prepare land for build-to-suit development opportunities in Middleton along the Beltline Highway.
